In June, at the 2008 CineVegas Film Festival , "Where I Stand" was screened.  It is a documentary about Las Vegas newspaper publisher Hank Greenspun, narrated by Anthony Hopkins.

2007 Chicago International Film Festival

Anthony Hopkins arrived on Sunday night to the Music Box Theatre for the screening of “Slipstream”.

Youth Jury Prize/Locarno Film Festival/August 11, 2007

On August 11, 2007, the Locarno Film Festival awards were handed out and Sir Tony received First Prize for his directing and acting talents from the Youth Jury Prize:

Sighting at Locarno

Locarno Film Festival

Anthony Hopkins, who wrote, directed and stars in “Slipstream” was present for the screening in its international premiere at the Locarno Film Festival on August 3, 2007.

His wife Stella, who also stars in the film and co-star Christian Slater joined Hopkins. The film is playing in competition.
